As a Human Resource Specialist with ExxonMobil in Nigeria, you will drive the human resource functions that are critical to our success; recruiting and employment, employee development, labour relations, compensation and benefits systems, change management, and training. You will work closely with line managers to maximise employee and organization capability to achieve business objectives. Within the Human Resources function, you will be exposed to HR Activities with the key focus being to attract, select, develop, reward and retain highly talented employees. You will be provided with a broad generalist HR background that supports continued career growth and development as a Human Resource professional.
